Buy from The Penny Drops with confidence
I want you to love your purchase, so in the unlikely event there is any reason you receive your item/s and wish to return or exchange them, I will happily receive them back - please contact me via email as soon as possible to advise me of any issues.
Please make sure:
- You dispatched items back within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and
- The items are returned in their original, resalable condition.
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but on the rare occasions something is damaged en route, full replacement/resolution will be provided. Please email me photos of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of the items being returned.
